Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Mempaper is published by CONGURU SOLUTIONS LIMITED (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Mempaper you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. The service

Mempaper lets you turn your photos into memories that are set as your phone’s wallpaper on the dates you choose, with reminders, a home-screen widget, editing tools and optional cloud backup.

Wallpaper changes rely on Android and on your phone’s settings. Battery optimisation, alarm permissions and some manufacturers’ power-saving features can delay or block a change. We work to make changes on time but cannot guarantee exact timing on every device.

3. Your account

You can use Mempaper as a guest or sign in with Google. Guest memories exist only on that phone. Signing in is required for purchases to follow you and for cloud backup. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.

You must be at least 13, or the age at which you can agree to use an online service in your country if that is higher (up to 16).

4. Your content

Your photos and memories remain yours. You must have the right to use any photo you add, and you must not use Mempaper for unlawful, harmful or infringing content. Memories are stored on your phone and, if you use backup, in your own Google Drive; you are responsible for keeping backups of anything important.

5. Free plan and Mempaper Pro

The free plan includes up to 5 active memories. Mempaper Pro unlocks unlimited memories, editing tools (text, stickers, filters, frames, templates), all video styles and PDF keepsake books, extra app looks and encrypted cloud backup. The free plan includes one video style to try.

Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and in Google Play before you buy, and payment is taken by Google Play.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel in Google Play before the renewal date. After cancelling, Pro continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Free trials: when offered (for example 7 days on the annual plan to eligible new subscribers), you won’t be charged during the trial. If you don’t cancel in Google Play before it ends, the subscription starts and the price shown is charged.

Lifetime is a one-time purchase that gives Pro for as long as Mempaper is offered, on the Google account used to buy it. If we ever stop offering Mempaper, we will give at least 90 days’ notice and treat Lifetime customers fairly, including a refund where the law requires one.

If Pro ends, memories beyond the free limit are locked, not deleted, and unlock again if you upgrade.

Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policy and your statutory rights, which these Terms do not limit.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Mempaper, including trying to bypass purchases or access controls, interfering with or overloading our services, reverse-engineering the app except where the law allows, or using automated means to access the service.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue features, and may suspend access if these Terms are broken. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

8. Disclaimer

Mempaper is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that wallpapers will change at an exact time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Mempaper. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of your country.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use Mempaper after an update means you accept the new Terms.
