Is Mempaper available on iPhone?
Not at the moment. Mempaper is built for Android, which lets apps set your wallpaper on a schedule.
Are my photos private?
Yes. Your memories and photos stay on your phone. With Pro backup they’re encrypted on your phone first and saved to your own Google Drive — we can’t see them. There are no ads, analytics or trackers.
How does it set the wallpaper by itself?
Mempaper schedules an exact alarm with Android. At midnight on the date it sets the wallpaper, and when the day ends it switches back to your default. If you create a memory for today, it goes up straight away.
What do I get on the free plan?
Up to 5 active memories, all four layouts, home and lock screen, reminders, the widget and the calendar. Pro adds unlimited memories, text and stickers, filters, frames, templates and encrypted backup.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play — cancel in a couple of taps and Pro stays until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If Pro ends, extra memories are locked, never deleted.
Will it drain my battery?
No. Mempaper doesn’t run in the background all day — it wakes up only when a wallpaper needs changing. Some phones are strict about background apps; our Support page shows how to keep changes on time.
Does the wallpaper change if the app is closed or my phone restarts?
Yes. Mempaper schedules the change with Android itself, so it happens on the day even if the app is closed, and alarms are set again automatically after a restart.
Can I lock the app?
Yes. Turn on App lock in Settings → Privacy and Mempaper will ask for your fingerprint, face or PIN to open. Your wallpapers and reminders still work as usual.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings → Delete account (under About). You can also read how account deletion works.
