Delete your account
You can delete your Mempaper account and the records we keep on our servers at any time.
In the app: open Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Can’t use the app? Email us from the Google account you use with Mempaper, with the subject “Delete Account”.

- Your Mempaper account (the link to your Google sign-in)
- Your purchase and subscription records on our servers, except where the law requires us to keep them (for example for tax)
Data you delete yourself
Your memories never leave your control, so you remove these directly:
- Memories, photos and settings on your phone — in the app, Settings → Erase data on this phone, or uninstall the app.
- Your cloud backup — it is stored in your own Google Drive, which we cannot access. Delete it in the app (Memories Backup → Delete cloud backup), or remove the “Mempaper Backups” folder from your Google Drive.
To stop paying for Pro, cancel your subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
How long it takes
In the app, straight away. Emailed requests are processed within 7 business days, and we email you when it’s done.
